DIAN Diagnostics pathological lab is equipped with Leica and Sakura automatic dehydrator, Sakura automatic dyeing and mounting machine, Thermo Scientific wax block marking machine, slide marking machine, Leica frozen microtome, Nikon multiviews microscope for 10 people, Roche automated immunohistochemical staining instrument, 3D digital scanner and remote pathological consultation system.
The items include: Pathology biopsy, bone marrow aspiration, percutaneous renal biopsy, liver biopsy, rapid frozen section examination, routine exfoliative cytology, aspiration cytology, thinprep cytologic test, cell block, difficult case consultation, remote pathological consultation, immunohistochemical staining, special staining and molecular pathological examination.
The molecular pathological diagnostic platform has passed the ctDNA, T790M, EGFR, KRAS and BRAF gene mutation detection and Her-2, ALK fluorescence in situ hybridization project external quality assessment organized by the Clinical Testing Center and Pathological Quality Control Evaluation Center (PQCC) of National Health and Family Planning Commission of PRC. The platform provides more than 100 kinds of tests including solid tumor and blood tumor screening, companion diagnostics, prognosis, micro residual monitoring and other tests based on fluorescence in situ hybridization and pyrosequencing method.
With the cooperation of high quality consultation resources such as international pathologists and John Hopkins University, etc., we have developed software that can dock a variety of electronic slice scanning platforms. Supported by the hardware equipment manufacturers, by means of the built remote pathology network, the company has created a modern diagnostic model of "Internet + Pathology" through the "Dual Line Service" of offline independent laboratory pathology diagnosis center entity and online remote consultation network. On the one hand, we go deep into the hospitals and help carrying out multiple disciplinary team consultation (MDT).On the other hand, we carry out the co-construction of regional pathological diagnosis center with the departments of pathology of middle and small hospital, which has greatly enhanced the pathological diagnosis service ability of the cooperative hospitals.
